 This page covers
the Geo Knight & Co line of standard sized automatic heat
transfer presses. These presses significantly add to the productivity of
heat transfer pressing by relieving the operator of the major manual tasks
normally associated with manually clamping presses. Featuring smooth
air operated automatic pressing at the push of a button, these automatic
presses take all guesswork out of the transfer process, replacing it with
a high volume output of consistent and reliable heat pressed product. There are two types of standard sized automatic presses. These
are the shuttle press and swing-away designs. The shuttle presses offer
a two station configuration where the operator may load and unload one table
while the other is under the heat platen. When the heat platen finishes
pressing one of the tables, the other is shuttled under the heater block.
This allows for optimal use of the heater block, with minimal time wasted
while there is no product being pressed. The other design is the same as
the Manual
Swing-away presses except air operated, of course. The automatic swing
away presses feature convenient table top operation with the ease and power
of push button activation. |

The 394 is an extremely high pressured
heat transfer press designed to provide the consistent, reliable force and
uniform temperature distribution necessary for even the most demanding production
requirements. It is available in two different heater block sizes: 16"
x 20" and an oversized 20" x 24". The most advanced
machine in the industry for standard sized transfer applications, the 394
Factory Shuttle press offers a twin station loading assembly. This dual
sliding table configuration allows the operator to unload a finished garment/imprinted
item and load the next piece while the material on the other table is being
pressed. Thus, production capacities are doubled even beyond the transfer
printing speed provided by the fully automatic operation of the timer, temperature
and pressure controls. |

To meet the massive demand for high
production Mousepad imprinting, the 394-MPT was developed with a special
registration system for material placement and transfer registration. Crosshair
locating bars are machined on the lower platens for perfect and fast placement
of mousepads or other items. Plunger pins in the corners of the lower platens
allow for perfect alignment of the transfers over the mousepads. The pins
hold the transfer in place to guarantee an ideal line up every time with
fast and easy setup of the materials. For heat transferring 4-up or 6-up
mousepads, wristpads, coasters or other related items, the 394-MPT is the

Air Operated Swinger The DK20SP is an air-operated automatic
table top swing-away heat transfer press. The DK20SP provides a production
oriented heat press with the benefits of push button operation, fully digital
temperature & time control, and solid casting design with an affordable
automatic heat press price. It is available in a 16" x 20" heater
block size. The DK20SP utilizes the same Digital
Knight control system as the as the DK20S series,
and operates with a smooth swing-away fashion instead of shuttling. For
demanding press runs and super consistent results, the DK20SP is an ideal
press for meeting requirements that go beyond what a manual transfer press
and operator can handle. The DK20SP is the industrial grade midrange solution
