The key points to look for:

EXPERIENCE: VASTEX family owned and building printers for 37 years.

SOLID PLATFORM: All steel welded construction, including the pallets, designed for printing garments with stunning precision.

PRECISION BEARINGS: No backlash print head pivot bearings and tapered roller bearings around the largest center shaft in the industry.

REGISTER LOCKS: Dual ball bearings, located as close to the print head as possible, locking around a steel locator on each arm.

PRINT HEAD: Six way leveling, micro-registration and massive steel screen back clamps. Many other features are standard on the V-2000 printer line. The points stated above are the basic components needed to achieve accurate and repeatable registration.
